Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may request cancellation before work on the astrology report or consultation has started.
• Once analysis, report preparation, or consultation work has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to our support email.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally by the customer.
• Payment successfully completed but the service could not be delivered due to technical issues from our side.
• The order is cancelled before work has commenced.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

• Astrology reports or consultations have already been delivered.
• The customer is dissatisfied with predictions, interpretations, or guidance provided.
• Incorrect birth details or personal information were submitted by the customer.
• Delays caused by the customer in providing required information.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

6. Failed Transactions

In cases where payment is deducted but the order is not successfully created, customers should contact us with transaction details. Such cases will be investigated and resolved promptly.
