The Services are provided by Cosmic Remedies by Sia. Where appropriate, Cosmic Remedies may obtain inputs, suggestions, interpretations or recommendations from an astrologer or other knowledgeable person for the purpose of preparing or delivering a Service.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an independent contractual relationship between the customer and any individual astrologer whose input may be obtained in connection with a Service.
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Customer" or "User" means any person who accesses, registers on, or purchases or uses the Services.
"Service" means any astrology, astrological guidance, report, answer, remedy or other service made available by Cosmic Remedies through the Platform.
"Platform" means the Cosmic Remedies by Sia website and associated digital interfaces through which the Services are offered.

"Astrologer" means an astrologer or knowledgeable person whose inputs, suggestions, interpretations or recommendations may be obtained by Cosmic Remedies in connection with a Service.
"AI Assisted Technology" means artificial intelligence based systems or technological tools used by Cosmic Remedies to assist with analysis, drafting, structuring, organising, summarising, quality checks or preparation of certain Services.

The Services may involve analysis of astrological information, preparation of written answers or reports, interpretation of astrological factors, personalised guidance and, where offered, astrological or spiritual remedies.
The specific Service purchased by the customer shall determine the nature and scope of the Service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant Service description, Cosmic Remedies does not provide direct telephone calls, video calls or personal talking sessions between the customer and an astrologer.
Services may instead be delivered through written answers, personalised digital reports and/or performance of applicable remedies.
Cosmic Remedies may obtain inputs, suggestions, interpretations or recommendations from an astrologer for the purpose of preparing or delivering certain Services.
Such input is based upon the relevant astrologer's knowledge, experience and interpretation of astrological principles.
Different astrologers may interpret the same astrological information differently. Accordingly, no representation is made that any astrological interpretation is objectively, universally or scientifically established as correct.
The involvement of an astrologer in preparing or reviewing a Service does not constitute a guarantee of any particular prediction, interpretation or outcome.

The use of AI Assisted Technology does not constitute a representation that the AI system independently provides professional advice or that any prediction or interpretation generated or assisted by it is guaranteed to be accurate.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that AI Assisted Technology may form part of the process used to prepare your Service.
Astrology is a traditional, spiritual and interpretive practice.
The Services are intended to provide personal insight, reflection, astrological interpretation and spiritual guidance.

Cosmic Remedies shall not be responsible for decisions made solely or substantially on the basis of astrology related information, subject always to applicable law.
The Services are not designed to address medical emergencies, mental health emergencies, situations involving immediate danger, self harm, suicide, violence or threats to any person.
Astrology Services must never be used as a substitute for emergency assistance or professional intervention.

Where astrological or spiritual remedies are offered as a Service, such remedies shall be provided only in accordance with the applicable Service description and the information communicated to the customer.
The nature, scope, method and availability of any remedy may vary depending upon the Service purchased.

Where a remedy is specifically arranged, commenced or performed for a customer, the refund position shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy.

Refunds shall be governed by the Refund Policy applicable to the relevant transaction.

Technical problems arising solely from the customer's device, internet connection, telecommunications network or third party infrastructure shall ordinarily not constitute grounds for a refund.
